As the world adjusts to these unprecedent times, we are grateful to have such hard-working and dedicated crews onsite, taking all precautions to safely move forward with the construction of our latest Tri-Cities Strata Industrial Project – Pivotal.
Since our last construction update, both buildings progressed expeditiously. We are pleased to share that we are on track for late 2020 completion. Below are a few images recently captured from site:
The west building is coming together with the completion of the roof and installation of window frames and glass. The exterior painting is progressing nicely as well. Simultaneously, the crews are working to construct the second floor structure and stairs on the building interior.
Construction of the east building is steadily progressing towards finishing the roof, and subsequently moving towards completion of the windows, second floor structure, and exterior painting. As we progress towards the final stages of construction, our crews are also working to wrap up the site servicing and grading, in preparation for finished pavement and landscape installation.
Under the difficult circumstances surrounding us all, we are extremely proud of our team’s efforts to successfully advance this project and we look forward to sharing with you our next construction update.
