It only takes a glance at the most recent construction photos at Pivotal to see how far along construction has progressed during these first weeks of summer!
Despite the challenges faced over the last months, our crew has been busy onsite taking all the necessary precautions to stay safe and on schedule. As a result of the team’s hard work, we’re excited to share that our industrial real estate development in Port Coquitlam is getting close to completion of its 24 strata warehouse units. Check out our latest construction update:
EXTERIOR AND SITE WORK
The facade painting is now down to the final touches and installation of glazing, balconies, canopies, and exterior doors have just been finalized.
Our crew is currently wrapping up the site servicing, such as hydro energization and water connection, and getting ready for asphalt paving and landscaping later this summer. The work also includes Seaborne Avenue’s extension into a cul-de-sac that will provide the main access to both buildings.
In Building 1000, drywall and painting are now underway. In Building 2000, the second-floor finished offices are coming together nicely, with flooring, millwork and T-bar ceiling install to be completed in the next few weeks.
