This summer has been a busy one at Pivotal! With occupancy on track to start this October and over 50% sold, our industrial real estate development in Port Coquitlam is buzzing with activity as our crew works on the finishing touches to welcome our purchasers in.
Diligent work to complete the final stages of construction has brought forth a space that will soon be ready to open its arms to Tri-cities’ businesses and community! With the finish line in close sight, we want to update you on some of the current milestones being reached as we near completion.
EXTERIOR AND SITE WORK:
Our construction team is now working to finalize the metal cladding and flashing install for the buildings’ facade feature corners and front entry canopies. Exterior lightning is also being installed and quality control paint touch ups are being completed in the next few days.
Over the last few weeks our crew has finalized the site servicing and is now working to wrap up paving, landscaping, and the Seaborne Avenue’s extension into a cul-de-sac, which will provide main access to the project.
Our crew is now finalizing the second-floor offices, which are almost ready to receive our new owners! These spaces are professionally designed and will be delivered fully finished, featuring two private offices/meeting rooms, kitchenette, washroom, and an open office area.
