We are happy to announce that PIVOTAL is officially sold out!

With the last sets of keys handed over, the buildings are bustling with purchasers moving in and making the newly completed spaces their own.

Several owners made the move to PIVOTAL to grow and adapt their businesses. One business in particular, Novo Textiles, shifted their business to produce respirator masks in response to COVID 19:

“We were really excited to expand Novo’s footprint into Port Coquitlam by adding additional warehouse capacity for our business here. PIVOTAL has provided a space that fits our business requirements and has allowed us to grow within the Tri-Cities in a convenient and vibrant location.”

We could not be more excited to welcome the diverse group of businesses to Port Coquitlam’s newest industrial project.

We would like to thank Cushman & Wakefield, Capo Construction, Krahn Engineering, and the rest of our consultant and project team for their contributions to PIVOTAL’s success.

“It is great to see the final sellout of PIVOTAL and the success of the project is a testament to the quality design and construction by Conwest. The project appealed to a wide range of occupiers, including businesses that specialize in CNC machining, home improvement, food distribution, warehousing, and storage. The high-quality finishing and desirable ratio of office to warehouse, move-in ready on the completion date, really made the purchasing decision easy for buyers. Eliminating the process of planning, permitting, and constructing improvements after closing saved buyers a lot of time, hassle, and mortgage interest costs, as well as removed uncertainty. This resulted in buyers being able to move their operations seamlessly into their new spaces.”
