Tri-Cities’ newest industrial strata project PIVOTAL is off to a great start. We are happy to announce that construction has just begun and we are already 25% sold out! With bustling activity happening on site, we are excited to share with you our first construction update.

On the west and east building, our crew has just wrapped up the installation of the under slab storm and sanitary mains. On the east building, the footing excavation is now in progress. This is the first step in constructing the building foundation. Once the footing excavation is complete our team will install the formwork and rebar. The rebar is also known as reinforcing bar and it’s an important step in strengthening the foundation of the building.

On the west building, our crew is ready to finalize the building footings by pouring concrete into the formwork. Once in place, the footings will ensure that the load of the building is spread evenly over the ground underneath it, supporting the structure.

 

 

With completion anticipated for Q1 2021, this is just the beginning of the activity on site.
